










WRC UK will have 6 vacancies available under the Future Jobs fund for young people who have been out of work for 6 months or more. These will be phased in over the next three months and will enable us to move into new areas of work much more effectively and to create a sustainable base for the organisation. Job areas will include Fundraising, Policy, Music and Sports Campaigning, Education and New Media development. The jobs willll be filled by application to JobCentre Plus, but we can refer applicants to them.
COUNCIL AWARDED WHITE RIBBON PARTNERSHIP AWARD

Cheshire West and Chester Council has been awarded the nationally recognised White Ribbon Partnership Award from the White Ribbon Campaign UK for its multi-agency partnership approach to tackling domestic abuse.
Working in partnership with public, private, community, voluntary and faith sectors the award was granted to the authority’s Cheshire West Together project for its approach to increasing awareness of domestic abuse and support to families affected by domestic abuse.
