White Ribbon Campaign at Bradford Mela

Deputy Lord Mayor and other VIPs support WRC Nearly 100 visitors put their handprints onto our Hands are not for Hurting banner at the Bradford Mela, including a local bookie, who took a poster of pledges for his shop, a Coldstream Guardsman, the Deputy Lord MAyor and the head of Leisure Services committee.  The two day event was aa great success  and we also collected a substantial number of individual donations to contribute towards the £150 that we had to pay out for the stand Bradford melaBradford mela

'White Ribbons' shop opens

Berkshire East and South Bucks Women's Aid have opened a boutique-inspired charity shop in Farnham Common called White Ribbons, to tie in with the White Ribbon Campaign to end violence against women.
