Nottinghamshire Domestic Violence Forum (NDVF) have re-launched their Respect not Fear website. www.respectnotfear.co.uk which now provides a direct link to the Respect not Fear Facebook page and Youtube account where young people have created a music track and infomercials with positive relationships messages for other young people to hear.
AVA - Against Violence and Abuse - provide a variety of open training courses that take place at a range of venues across the UK.
COUNCIL AWARDED WHITE RIBBON PARTNERSHIP AWARD
A press release from Cheshire West and Cheshire Council reads:
Cheshire West and Chester Council has been awarded the nationally recognised White Ribbon Partnership Award from the White Ribbon Campaign UK for its multi-agency partnership approach to tackling domestic abuse.
Working in partnership with public, private, community, voluntary and faith sectors the award was granted to the authority’s Cheshire West Together project for its approach to increasing awareness of domestic abuse and support to families affected by domestic abuse.
